How do I log into the system?
1. Enter your PIN or user name:
  
  Note: You will first need to log in using your authentication code.
2. Then enter your password:
  
  Note: You do not need to enter a password when you first log using your authentication code.
3. Finally click on the Login button:
Why can't I log in?
You will first need to log in using your authentication code; you do not need to enter a password for the first time login (because you do not have created one yet).

After logging in, create a new username and password to personalize your account. You can then log in with your new account.

Make sure you entered your account name and password correctly. Your password is case sensitive, so you must enter cap and lowercase letters exactly as when you first registered.
